Rise not working correctly n canvas

So, I'm having a issue on my last page and the image with the dots.  This is Rise. It was uploaded in Scorm on Canvas. Once in a page, I copy the page code and put the HTML in a template in a Canvas page.  In this case, the text is white and the picture apparently is not big enough to get rest of white text.  I could adjust it, but this is the first I've seen this do this.  Additionally, the interactive image with the dots is not coming up with those small infomational boxes, but it pops open a white page with the text at the top. Again, I copy the code from the page in Canvas and put it in a template box in the HTML section.  What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?
