Rise library don't open
Hi!
I renewed my subscription in Articulate 360, but now, when I try to open https://rise.articulate.com/ it shows me the alert (something wet wrong) even it is already paid, someone there already had this kind of issue?

Hi Lucas! So sorry this is happening to you. May I know the browser name and browser version you're using?
- If you go into Incognito Mode (Ctrl-Shift-N) and try to access it, does it still give out the error?
- Please try accessing Rise in another supported browser. Is the behavior the same?
Thanks Hazel, I contacted the support and we discovered that was a problem related to the seat, I added a new seat and it worked.
