Rise keeps logging me out

Hello, 

I've just sign up for a free trial. When I log in and attempt any action (select template, view template, start blank course, etc) they system logs me out. 

I tried opening Rise in Chrome and Edge and the same error occurs. 

Would some one be able to assist?

    Hi Chiara! So sorry to hear that Rise keeps logging you out.

    Please try the following:

    -If you are connected to VPN, please try to access Rise without VPN connection, is the behavior the same?

    -Please make sure that your browser is updated. Once updated, restart your browser and try to see if the behavior is the same.
     
    -Please access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) Sometimes plugins cause odd behavior, Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?
