Rise inside lesson link

I'd like to create links inside a lesson to another next lesson.
The idea is to use an image with markers (Labeled graphics) and insert a link, in each marker, to another lesson and then ...

Gosh, I sure do wish I knew what Nicolas found. What he described is eXACTly what I want!!! I really want to link from a labeled graphic to another lesson...and then back to the diagram would be icing on the cake! Is my only option to talk about it in the labeled graphic text and then have a button stack below? Kind of clunky.
