Rise export not working
Hi, I've spent the morning trying to export a course in Rise which is urgently needed for a client. It gets stuck at "Exporting Course...We'll email you when it's ready" and it just does not export. Nothing appears in file manager. I have shutdown, restarted, copied the course to a new one, copied the lessons to a new course and my colleague has also tried but nothing is working. I have seen other comments and can only assume it is an Articulate fault. Could you advise when fixed. Many thanks.
Hi Sarah! Thanks for bringing this up! We noticed the same problem, and it should be resolved now. Please try exporting your course again, and let me know how it goes!

same issues here, exported the first course quickly, next course nothing...trying to catch up on a Saturday, now I'm stuck. I'll shut down and see what happens...

All Rise 360 features should be working normally right now, so I wouldn't expect you to have any trouble exporting a course.
Is it just one course that is giving you trouble? If so, please send us the Share link privately by clicking here, and we'll take a closer look at it!
