Rise course - Duration time on Audio on Ipad is displayed as: ty:aN

Hi Has anyone seen this error on a rise course with the audio time displaying as: ty:aN rather than the actual time? This is only happening on the Ipad. Any suggestions would be welcome. Man...

Hi

We are getting the same error using another Ipad. The newer version of the Ipad is not showing this error.

The model and iOS is as follows: software version: 12.4.2, Model name: Ipad Air, Model: MD785B/B

Thanks for these details, could you open up a case here? Can you also please share a link to your course or a copy of your course with us in the case?

We'd like to take a closer look since we can't replicate this on our end.
