Rise completion question

Hi, I have a query about how Rise calculates course completion. Does Rise take into accounts interactions in each lesson, or just the lesson itself.

So if I have a five lesson course and have set complation to 100%, each lesson equates to 20%. But of there are interactions in each lesson, does this also count towards to completeion, or is it just viewing the screen.

I hope this makes sense!

Thanks,
Chris.

  • Great question, Chris!

Rise 360 calculates lesson completion when the learner views the full lesson. The learner must scroll to the bottom of the lesson and view all blocks for the lesson to be marked complete. Rise 360 doesn't calculate partial lesson completion.

If a course has 5 lessons, the learner would be at 0% completion until they view all of Lesson 1. Then, they would be at 20% completion until they view all of Lesson 2, and so on.

Let me know if that answers your question!
