Rise 360: Timeline Description Box
Hi there. Does anyone else have an issue with text in the description box on the timeline? When I do a return to create paragraph breaks, it appears fine in edit mode but when previewed the paragraph breaks are not there. Then when I go back into edit mode the return is not there as if I never did it. I've attached a screenshot of how it looks in edit mode and when previewed.
Hi Bonita!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
Testing the behavior on my end, across all supported browsers, I was unable to reproduce the same issue. While editing, and previewing my course, all paragraph formatting was retained.
Are you experiencing this issue among all supported browsers, or is it local to one? Also, does clearing the browser's cache make an improvement?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi @steven. Thanks for looking into this with me. I was only checking Chrome but today I did check Firefox and had the same issue. I cleared the cache as suggested prior to checking.

@Steven I discovered the issue. I was doing a copy/paste from Storyline's note box into the Rise timeline. I think the formatting became off so I did a copy/paste into MS Word then copied to Rise, and the paragraph spacing looks fine now.
Great news, Bonita! Thanks for sharing an update with us.

Have a great afternoon!
