Rise 360 Settings and Themes
Our company has multiple Rise 360 accounts, and although we can "share" and collaborate with each other, I don't see the same options that the original owner/creator has. Is it possible to edit someone else's Rise 360 settings and theme? Or transfer ownership of a Rise 360 so that the settings can be altered?
As per the User Guide, there are 3 possible roles when sharing Rise courses:
- The Owner can do everything.
- A Manager can do everything except edit labels, transfer ownership, set a Share password, or delete the course.
- A Collaborator can't access any of the menu options. They can only edit the course.
If you need to be able to access menu options, the Owner should assign you as a Manager.

Ask the Course Owner to change your role from Collaborator to Course Manager.
