Rise 360 Library is not loading
My Rise 360 library is not loading. It's just spinning. Been like this for about an hour.
I'm having the same issues today. It's not an issue with browser as I've tried different browsers.
So sorry that you are still encountering this issue, Bonnie! This issue has been fixed, and we're monitoring it. Please log out of Rise then close your browser. Launch your browser again and log back in. Can you access after these steps?
Hazel. This problem still exists. It is not a browser issue. Nor has a fix been implemented. Please let the people who fix these things know that it is still an issue.

The Rise 360 Library is working normally for me.
