Rise 360 - Note Taking Feature?

I was recently building a bit of a technical course using Rise 360 and one of my observations was that it would be great if there was a note-block, or perhaps overlay on Rise 360 c...
Where is the note feature Articulate? Does it really take this long to add a note feature?
What's up with that?
I see a lot of people above that would really like this feature and it's been almost 2 years since the first post above.
