Rise - Collapsible Sections in Left Menu
Hi there,
I noticed today that my Rise courses now have the ability for the user to collapse the sections of the left menu. This is a great addition! Thanks!
Two questions...
1) Is it possible to have the menu launch with all of them collapsed rather than all open? I didn't see a way to do this.
2) Any chance the same functionality will be available for the menu that is on the Overview page?
Thanks

I just had a client ask for this feature this morning - the ability to set the default sidebar to collapsed modules with multiple lessons. Thank you for your attention to this potential feature.

We have long courses as well, and this feature would greatly enhance the user experience. Thanks!

This function would be fantastic! Here's another vote for adding the option to have the collapsible sections start out collapsed.

I also would love to have this function. Im testing Rise against an other tool, Rise beats the other tool in everything, exept this...
@johannes Arnborg, thanks for the tip! I will make the request!

Hi, I noticed this request first came in about 2 years ago. Still no development for a collapsible menu? Long courses users have to scroll and scroll and scroll to view information pertaining to them. Any updates or ideas would be great, Thanks!!!!
Thanks for checking in, Jason. We're still tracking this request. Thanks for letting us know you need this feature!

Me too! Would love a menu that I can collapse by default and let learners open when they're ready.

Yes please: collapsed side bar upon opening is much needed. Longer courses tend to look unnecessarily overwhelming. Also it's a bit confusing as the Sections are in a smaller font than the lesson titles.

This feature would be a big help -- I keep getting requests for it.

I could really use this feature, it's a pitty that it is not developed after 2 years...
