Review 360 slide numbers and titles not showing

I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. Have you tried using a different browser? Can you share a screenshot or screen recording of what you see? You can upload those here or privately in a support case if you prefer.
I have been experiencing this same issue as well. It's been ongoing a week or two now.

I did some testing on my end and can view the slide and title listed above the screenshot, although, we're investigating a possible software bug where screenshots display inconsistently after adding comments in Review 360. I have a few additional questions to help us determine if this is affecting your course.
- Is this happening with multiple projects or just one?
- Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project?
- Does the issue persist if you republish the course as a new item in Review 360?
If you're willing to share your file with us, we'd be happy to take a closer look and will delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
Sorry Kelly but when there are multiple users reporting an issue I defer to the product owner due to time constraints respectfully.

- Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project? Yes. New projects building off of existing and from template.
- Does the issue persist if you republish the course as a new item in Review 360? When a team has used existing review links republishing a new link is not ideal as comments (internal and SME) are not retained.
