I've followed the procedures (per the Review 360 User Guide) to let users review my 360 content in Review 360, but they are forced to log in (create an Articulate 360 account). I don't want to...

Hi Mark,
You're correct. Since she has an Articulate ID, she will be required to sign in.
You also mention that she is unable to log in, so here is a link to reset a password:
What if I forget my Articulate ID password?
