Password Reset needed - No Reply from Support Team.
Hello. I had to create a new ID to be able to leave this message on the forum.
I receive an error "The email address or password you entered is invalid. Please try again."
When I select "Forgot your password?" I get a notification that an email was sent to me to reset it, but I never receive that email. I have tried 5 or 6 times and I do not get the reset email.
I have submitted 2 tickets over the past 2 weeks. Case # 03544122 and Case # 03536324 and I got an auto-response email from support@articulate.com saying "Thanks so much for submitting your support case. We’ve received it and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to help. Usually, you'll hear from us within one business day." but I have not been contacted.
When I reply to support@articulate.com I do not get a response.
Please help me reset my password.
