Reserved Characters in Slide Title: Workaround

I work on technical training, and we use reserved characters.  Is there a way to use a reserved character as the leading character in a slide title?  Is there a setting or code workaround?

I can use <, but I need to include a space?

For example, we use < , >, and : often.

Thank you.

  • Yes, we thought about that too! We still could not use the slide variable, but this could work too!  I so appreciate the input...great stuff here!

To use the slide variable, you need to add a space before and after the word inside the chevrons. For example: << Verify >>.

Yes, that is an option, and I did try that, but it was noticeable to the SMEs, so we go with a page that does not use the slide variable.  Easy enough!  Thank you for the insight!  I appreciate the time everyone spends working with the community.
