Reduce License count annual cost

Reaching out to Support vis discussions because I cannot seem to get a response when opening a ticket. I currently have 45 licenses and recently performed a reconciliation. I have a number of employees who are no longer with the company and were assigned a license and now I need to reduce the overall license count from 45 licenses to 30 licenses before my annual renewal on 1/8/21. Can someone please let me know what the process is to remove licenses from the account prior to my annual true-up?
