Reach Upgrade - No Help Purchasing?

Hi Everyone, Wondering if anyone else is having trouble upgrading their Reach360 to the paid version? My director and I have been trying for almost two weeks and not having luck with anyone in Articulate contacting us back?

We need to move quickly and not having much luck. I can't believe it's this hard to purchase?

No one responded to his initial email. He chatted with someone they said they could not help and needed to get someone else, and we still wait...
