Reach 360 Publishing updates
Hi All
We are using Reach 360 for some external learners. We need to make regular updates, as things change fairly regularly for our users.
When we make changes to a course and publish them to Reach 360, what happens to learners that have already started the previous version of the course but have not yet finished?
When they come back to the course;
- Does it carry on with the old version and let them finish?
- Does it pick up the same spot in the newly published version and let them finish?
- Does it crash out or freeze on the version they started with, meaning they have to start all over again?
- Does it automatically revert them back to the beginning on the newly published version meaning they have to start again?
It would be a real pain if someone was close to finishing but then had to start all over again.
