Hi @shereejenkins, There isn't a way for an admin to reset a learner's password for them, but I recommend looking at Manage > People > Users to double-check that their email was entered correctly. If it is, then I'd have them make sure that the reset emails aren't getting caught by a spam filter. If that's not the problem, then I suggest opening up a case with our Support team. Thanks, I have support case open with them. The email is correct and we have had a link to reset, but the link had expired by the time we could access it. I have requested another and we are waiting for it. I think time zone differences maybe an issue.
