Quiz won't reset
Hi,
The quiz I have on storyline wont revert back to the original state when there is a failed score.

I assume you have a RETRY QUIZ button?
If so, you should check that it has a trigger which includes RESET QUIZ when User Clicks <button>
Also check that the "When revisiting" Slide Properties for the questions are set to "Automatically Decide." In my experience, that setting works the best for questions. It lets the program do what's needed for taking, reviewing, and retrying a quiz.
