Publishing Gaps?
When I publish my Storyline 360 presentation, there are long pauses between the slides transition. Is there a way to fix this?

- First, I'd like to confirm that you're publishing to your local hard drive. Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Next, I'm curious to learn how you published your course. Have you tried viewing it in a different browser or using incognito mode? You may also want to try clearing your browser cache.
If you're comfortable sharing your file, I'd be happy to conduct some further testing. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. Once troubleshooting is complete, we'll be sure to delete it from our systems!

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I am publishing it onto my hard drive. I am clicking on the "Publish" icon, then saving it to Video.
I also just submitted a Support Care for more help.
