Proofreading activity
You could create this as a Freeform Pick Many question.
- For objects to pick, add 99%-transparent shapes over the words.
- Note: You'll need to add shapes over areas of the text that use good grammar/spelling, so there are wrong areas to click.
- Convert the slide to a Freeform question, and indicate which shapes are correct and which are incorrect.
- Note: This will let you use the built-in question-scoring functionality.
- Here's the User Guide info on Freeforms: https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-360/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-convert-existing-slide-to-freeform-interaction
P.S. In your "correct" feedback, the semi-colon on the first line should be a comma. (I'd also add a comma after "friendly." However, I realize that the serial/Oxford comma can be controversial.)

Hi Judy
I have one more query.
I have created a proofreading activity, where the learner has to select specific words on the sentence which are incorrect. Once selected, the correct and incorrect layer appears.
However, if the learner thinks that the selected word which he has selected is wrong and wants to change the option by unselecting the word and then selecting some other word. Can it be possible to do it.
FYI, I have created rectangle boxes on every word and removed the outline and fill and I have given selected state. Can you please let me know what triggers or state to apply so that if the learner wants to unselect the option he can do so and if the learner has selected the correct and incorrect words the respective layer should pop up. Also, the answers of that quiz are given on the form view tab.
PFA my SL file for your reference.
