Problems with Media Library

I submitted a discussion a couple of days ago regarding the issue I'm having with a previously successfully published project which I have now translated into French with Closed Captioning.  These features are great.  

However the media library is making a mess of the project.  When I publish it, the title slide is harvesting audio from another slide.  Instead of starting out with the introduction it is playing the audio from a slide further down in the sequence.  

This is a HUGE problem for me.  Not only is completion of the project time sensitive but I have 13 more previously created modules that need to be translated including closed captioning.  

I am attaching the project.  There are still a few slides in the body of the module that need closed captioning but I can't waste a lot of time moving forward if this can't be resolved.

Someone PLEASE HELP!
