Problem publishing to Word

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Do you have a supported version of Microsoft Office installed?
- Does your organization allow the creation of .doc files? Or is your Microsoft Office restricted to only allow the creation and opening of .docx files? Some organizations no longer allow .doc files to be created, so please check with your IT staff to see if this is the situation for you.
- Have you tried reinstalling Storyline 360?
