Problem publishing Storyline 360 file.

Hi, 

After saving the progress on the file, I try to publish so I can show a customer and get feedback, but (only today) when I click publish, it shows the bar loading and then the spinning wheel which continues for .... well, I couldn't cancel, close window or anything, so I restarted the computer after 10 minutes. 

Usually this takes well under a minute. What is the problem?

    Let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot:

    • Is this happening when you publish to Review 360 only or any publishing format (web, LMS, etc.)?
    • Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.  
    • Do you see this behavior on every file you try to publish, or only on with a specific project?

    If it's only happening with one .story file, can you share it with our team through a support case?
