Playback speed - Slide player Vs Video player

When I set playback speed of storyline player to 2x and jump to any slide with video, it plays with 2x speed but in video player playback speed setting shows 'Normal'. This create confusion to the...

Thanks Joe for trying for me.

I am using the Playback speed button on SL player for entire course. When I set the speed for any screen to 2X  and jump to the screen with video, the video plays at 2X speed. But if I open the speed setting of video it shows "Normal".

    Thanks for the added feedback! Sorry to hear that the playback speed settings are not being displayed accurately for your learners.

    Testing the sample file Joe shared, I was unable to reproduce the behavior you mentioned. Would you be willing to share a Peek recording of the behavior as you are experiencing it?

    Also, it would be helpful to take a closer look at one of the courses being affected by this issue. You can share a copy here in this discussion, or privately through a support case. We'll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
