Pictures not populating

I've been having an issue for about a week with Storyline 360 not populating Content Library photos. See the attached photo. I was having this issue for several days prior to the recent update being available, I believe it was about 2 days ago. I did that update and still no change with functionality.

Any ideas?? I would appreciate any help as not being able to access photos is not ideal.
