One page interactive

Hello,

I have been tasked with creating a one page interactive slide that doesn't require a link to open. For example when the learner opens the SharePoint site where this will be stored for viewing, it will be there ready for the learner to click on hotspots or use a slider etc. (It will be the opening page of the SharePoint site.) Is this possible?
