Newbie to e-learning and Instructional Design

Question

Good Morning,
I am a STEM teacher with some background in training and development in an HR consulting firm as well. I am trying to transition back into HR with a focus on training and/or e-learning &amp; instructional design areas.
Looking to start working with&nbsp;an organization or a freelancer as a trainee or intern to build experience.&nbsp;
Any ideas, suggestions, help is much appreciated...!
