Hi there, we would like to use some multiple choice or responce to get feedback or inputs, like a little survey (similar to some simple questionaires with MS or Google Forms).
How can we do this within Rise360?

Happy to chime in!
There isn't a way to link surveys or forms directly to multiple choice items in Rise 360, but you can use an embed block to embed a Google Form right after the quiz section of your course.
We are tracking a feature request for the addition of survey blocks in Rise 360, and I added this post to the report so we can notify you as soon as it gets added to our product roadmap!
