MP4 video file

Question

I created a course in Storyline with an MP4 video file added to one of the slides.
When I published the course as SCORM the video in the file changed formats to M3U8.
The video doesn’t play when added to my LMS.
My LMSs current version of the SCORM player (Rustici) doesn't support M3U8 files.
Is there any way to have the file be an MP4 when published?
