This would be in an existing project with many objects that work like pop-ups containing additional content.

Hi, Hendrik,
Restricted navigation is an easy way to make learners sit through the entire timeline of a slide's base. However, there's no similar 1-click function for forcing them to look at layers.
In other words, you do have to program each slide with triggers to show the layers, as well as to disable the Next button at first and to enable it only after the layers have been viewed.
