Hi Renz.
I'm having the same issue as above. The Rise course is getting stuck on a the white loading blank screen, I just tried the Reset Learner Progress option thinking it would resolve the problem - but that has not worked. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi Sam! You can also try testing in SCORM Cloud to see if this is the same behavior you're seeing. Alternatively, please open up a case here so we can take a look at your issue.
