Lost Articulate Team management privilege.
Hi Team,
After Articulate license renewal we have lost rights to add / delete new members in the subscription.
Hi there, Adi! It looks like you may need to remove someone from the team and then transfer their content to a new member who is not yet on the team. Is that correct?
If you don't have additional seats to add the new user, here's what to do:
- Temporarily add the new user to your team as an admin (here’s how). Admins don’t consume user seats, so you can add as many admins as you’d like.
- When the new admin accepts your invitation to join the team, remove the user who left your team and transfer their content to the new admin, as described above. The new admin becomes the owner of the content and automatically takes the seat vacated by the user you removed.
- If you don’t want the new user to be an admin for your team, remove their admin access. They’ll still have a user seat and own the content you transferred to them.
