LMS Clogged Up by Rise Sending Quiz Results

We are having an issue with our LMS and Rise. 

The issue is with how Articulate handles "attempts" and question titles.

If I retry a quiz while taking a Scorm, that will count as a second attempt.
If I retook the question above, the question would be titled "Lesson_1_Assessment_Which_of_the_following_statements_is_true__1"

This is leading to large amounts of data duplication, and it is compounding ​as more users take the content.

Our LMS is interpreting each attempt as separate questions. When the next user starts the SCORM, our LMS prepares their submission for answers to both questions. 

We are working with the LMS but the LMS is clogged up by this which is causing really bad performance and resulting in learners not being able to take the content. 

We have it set to show Complete/Incomplete using course completion of 100%. We did not select track using quiz questions. Quiz questions are set to unlimited attempts and must remain that way.

We would like to completely shut off the reporting the quiz questions to the LMS as a temporary solution so that learners can continue to use the LMS but still track course completion of 100%

Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated.
