Is it possible to set Articulate Review to hide other people's comments?
Hello everyone,
I'd like to know whether is possible to set Articulate Review so that one person can't see other people's comments.
While the project is ongoing I do the usual evaluation on Articulate Review and for this purpose it's ok that all SMEs can see what others said. After this phase, once all the elements are finalised, the course will be evaluated by a large pool of testers within the company (in addition to the SMEs that participated in the course development) before being uploaded on the company's LMS and made available for their personnel.
For this "beta version" I don't want people to see what others said on every slide. I searched for an answer to my problem in previous discussions but I didn't find anything related to this specific matter and it appears that it's not really possible.
The only alternative I see would be to upload the course on Articulate Review disabling comments and create an online survey (with google modules for example) but I'd really like to be able to use Review for this purpose, as people could actually see the course and post comments at the same time.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Echoing this request - it's one of the reasons we've used "Review My E-Learning" rather than the Articulate Review site. Seems like many of us would appreciate this feature being added! :)

Hi Leah - thanks for recommending Review My E-Learning! Have you found it easy to use/easy for external reviewers to use?

This would be a very helpful and appreciated feature. Has planning for this been moved up in the last 4 years?
Hi there, Rosario. Thanks for your thoughtful description of your goals! You won't be able to hide comments among several reviewers on the same content item. Do you have enough reviewers that it would be unreasonable to publish a new version for each of them?

I wondered if there's been any change in this response? We have about 30 people reviewing a course as well, and want to get individual feedback vs. group consensus. Thanks.
Hi Jennifer!
We currently don't offer a way to hide other Reviewers' comments when other Reviewers are accessing the course.
I've submitted a feature request on your behalf so that we can continue tracking this request. I really appreciate you taking the time to share this with us!

Has there been any movement on this feature? I'd really like to be able to gather different feedback at different stages. For example, I'd like my peer to provide feedback much earlier than I'd like my boss or a SME to provide feedback and maybe I don't need my boss to see my peer's feedback but would like my peer to see my boss' feedback.
Thanks!

Hi Crystal,
thanks for your quick answer.
I have more than 30 people involved in this beta testing so, yes, it is unreasonable to publish that many versions. I was hoping there would be a workaround of some sort but surely this one's not an option I can consider.
Thanks anyway!
I don't know if other people have had the same situation before and found another alternative solution, if yes I am all ears.

Is there a setting that would allow reviewers to see all comments that may have previously been made, as well as future comments until resolved, in the email they receive without them having to go back into project to review all comments.
Hello Jeffrey!
Great question! The comments that have been resolved and future comments won't be included in the email. However, reviewers can see these comments, both resolved and unresolved, by visiting the Review link. I recorded a short demo of what this looks like from the Reviewer and Author's view. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Hello Lauren,
I clicked the demo link and it said the file is not found. Is there a way that I can gain access to the file? Thanks.

My organization would appreciate this feature as well! We have many reviewers and would like individual feedback.

I hope this feature gets added soon. Other people's feedback sometimes influence their suggestions instead of coming up with their own.
