Interaction Engage problem when opening in a new computer

I gave a Zip files to my colleague to check my articulate presenter with engage interactions. When he open it all the Interaction Engage loose their Properties as the Police, quality, a...
I am importing Engage Interaction in Presenter. I mean I always create Engage Intercation from Prensenter (PowerPoint).
But when I gave the files (PowerPoint) + all Engage interaction, something things go wrong
Is this similar to the issue you've posted about here? If so, can you provide the PowerPoint file so I can take a look?
