Insert a PDF in Articulate Storyline

I've already encountered this kind of problem: heightened internal security of your own organization. I don't think Storyline can do much about it (this needs to be confirmed by other reviews). Perhaps your LMS manager and/or SOC could. What's more, these pdf files contained on your professional Sharepoint are undoubtedly intended to be updated regularly, so hopefully you won't need to rework the various training courses that use them as references. BUT ONLY if their addresses and names are strictly the same. Which is hypothetical, because changing the dates and version numbers of an updated file is encouraged, and there's a good chance that the links will die anyway. Feedback from personal experience. After much hesitation on the part of the customer's SOC, we opted to integrate the pdf files into the .story file. It is always possible to update the pdf files by finding them in the scorm export / story content / external_files   etc. without reopening the .story. I hope this feedback helps you in your thinking.
