Importing content from Rise.com trial account to Rise 360 subscription

Hi, I have the same problem (I used a free trial version and created a course), but now I have the paid version. I exported the course content into Scorm and raw data files, but I can't see how to import this.

    Hi Helene,

    Unfortunately you cannot import a course in a SCORM file into Rise as an editable file.

    Do you still have access to your trial account?

      Thanks, Karl. I have logged a ticket, and they gave me access to the trial
      version again to transfer to the course.
