I have some clarifying questions in order to understand further:
- Does the same issue happen with the XLIFF File when importing your project into a new project?
- Are you using the most recent version of Storyline 360? (Build 3.68.28820.0)
If that is the case, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:
