Thank you for attaching the screenshot. I can definitely see the blurriness.
Have you added the vector shape into a zoom region? I see some reports where vector images can become blurry if added into a zoom region. Lastly, are you exporting the vector shapes as PNG files and adding them into Storyline 360 as a PNG? If not, can you see if that improves the image quality?
