Illustrations not found
Hi All,
I just updated with the newest version this morning and now I'm having trouble inserting illustrations from the Content Library 360. I was looking for a leaf and it said "no content found". Which is odd since I used that search term last week and it brought up tons. Then I started using other search terms and also got the "no content found" message. I did manage to bring some up for some search terms, but mostly not. Photos, Icons and Videos seems to be working fine. Ideas?

Our team is working with our providers to resolve intermittent performance issues when searching the content library for images, illustrations, and videos to add to a course.
We'll be sure to circle back here as soon as this is fixed, and in the meantime, you can keep a lookout on our status page for any updates.

Having the same issue!
So sorry for the trouble! We are still seeing intermittent performance issues when searching the content library for images, illustrations, and videos. We are working with our providers to resolve this! I'll let you know as soon as this is resolved.
You can select Subscribe to Updates on https://articulatestatus.com to receive notifications when the Content Library is fully back up and running.
