How to Synchronize animation with localized audio

What methods have you used to re-sync the audio with the onscreen animation, after importing another language? We do not have native speakers in each language who also have Storyline 360. It is time-consuming and a guessing game in some cases to know where to have animation occur.  Thanks in advance for ideas!
