How to manually move to next slide instead of auto?
I want my powerpoint slide in articulate move to next slide manually by clicking next slide instead of auto move to next slide once the time over.

You can change how the slides advance in Story View:
When you have your project open, make sure you're in Story View:
Select one or more slides (by holding the CTRL key), and change the Slide properties to Slide Advances by user.
