How to make Rise 360 'real content' exports smaller

Did you receive any tips? I have a larger file limit, but the published files from "real content" are still over the limit.

The biggest culprit are videos.
Scenarios can add quite a bit to the size of the ZIP file.
I understand, but the Rise 360 "Real Content" has a lot of videos and we don't have any control on the published quality other then to remove them from the course.
Wondering if anyone found a way to "lighten up" the Rise 360 "Real Content" courses since it is coming in at 1.3 GB.
