How to count responses from question bank irrespective of answers to correct or incorrect?
I have 350 questions and I am quite not sure how to count the responses. I want the number of responses that a learner did input in.
Please help!

Great question! You should find this information in the interactions section in your LMS. I've tested this in SCORM cloud, and I see all of the answers even if I retried the quiz question. Here's a quick video of my test.
I'd recommend looking to see if you see a spot in the LMS report that reads, "interactions." If not, please let me know, and we'll help you find this information.
