Help - Player Menu Dissapears

Hello, 

Looking for some help. For some reason the menu in my project shows up for the first slide and then disappears for the rest of the slides. I would like it to stay for the entire module. I have included some screen shots for anyone wiling to help me with this issue. Looking for any input. This issue is driving me nuts. I have been comparing it with other projects and I am missing something.

  • Check the Slide Properties. The Menu may have been deselected in the Player Features: 

    You can adjust those properties for multiple slides in STORY VIEW. Just select the slides, and then edit the properties in the panel on the right. If you want all the slides the same, just reset the Player features to Player defaults.

      I had the same issue and didn't even notice the player features on each slide, thank you for mentioning it! It's been bugging me all day and then I found this thread that saved me :)

  • Hi Judy, Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, I have tried both using player defaults and custom but both do not seem to make a difference. After the first slide the menu still disappears.

      what happens when you switch - for testing - to the modern player?

      Nicole,

      That's definitely "unexplained behavior." (Well, that's the polite term, anyway.) I suggest you contact the helpful Articulate support staff directly. You can do that here:

      Note: They'll need a copy of your file, so attach it when you submit a case. They're discrete and will delete the file after the case is closed.
