When the learner hovers over a photo, it is supposed to display a colored box with text over the photo. When we hover over it, it flickers and we are unable to read the text. How do we fix this? Do we need to go back to an older version of Storyline?

I'm happy to help! I built a similar slide in Storyline 360 (Build 3.59.26702.0), and I am not seeing any flickering. I've attached the .story file to this reply. Do you mind testing it on your end for me?
