Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue!
- Is this happening when you preview the course and publish it? You mentioned that the two courses are identical. How did you publish the courses, for example, for LMS or web distribution?
- For the course that's not working correctly, have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project, and republishing?
